Why am I getting the "Unauthorized Access" error message
when starting any Zacks Internet application?

Issue

When I try to start any Zacks application (Research Wizard, ICA, Zacks Link) I am getting the "Unauthorized Access" error message.

Solution

This message means that either:

a) Your subscription to Zacks has expired, in which case you will need to call your sales representative and renew it, or

b) Your have entered an invalid User Name and Password. Please call our Technical Support at 800-791-5966 for a correct User Name and Password, or send e-mail to zrshelp@zacks.com.
