I am updating my Zacks system
using Zacks monthly CD-ROM and I am getting message "Error 623. An error
occurred during the move data process".

When updating ZRS system from the monthly
CD-ROM, an error message appears "Error 623. An error occurred during
the move data process". Solution This error occurs because Installation
Program could not rename an intermediate file created during the file
transfer process. This error usually occurs because a virus-checking
program is being used on the system to prevent files from being renamed.
When this problem occurs, shut down any virus-checking software running
