	Why am I getting the "Error 53. File not found" message in Research Wizard?
	Article Number 0012 Issue When I try to run Research Wizard program I get the message "Eror 53. File not found." Solution The "Error 53. File not found" means that Research Wizard is experiencing difficulties connecting to the Zacks data servers via the Internet. There could be several reasons why this message appears: Our server is experiencing heavy traffic and you cannot establish a connection. Try reconnecting later. You have not established the Internet connection. If you are using AOL, you should sign on AOL first, and then use the software. Sometimes your company's security measures can prevent you from connecting to our data servers (you may not have all the necessary rights). Contact your systems administrator to obtain proper rights.
