Issue
1. I am getting the following type of
error message: "Data not found" for major companies.
2. The list of available tickers in
the ticker lookup is suspiciously short (it suppose to be 6,000+ companies).
Solution
Close ICA. You will need to delete file
UNIV.LST from c:\zir\ica32 folder (or any other folder where the application
installed). Restart ICA. The system will restore the list of available
tickers from the Zacks server.
