Research Wizard RUN-TIME ERROR 50003

Issue
When I try to run the Research Wizard program I get the message "RUN-TIME ERROR 50003."

Solution

It appears that some computers may have a bad build of one of the operating system components (Grid ActiveX), that prevents normal operations of any application calling this ActiveX component.

The instructions below will show you how to fix this problem. We recommend consulting your System Administrator prior to making any changes to you system.

1. Locate the files named MSFLXGRD.OCX on your system.

For Windows 95/98 this files should be in WINDOWS/SYSTEM folder.

For WINDOWS NT this file should be in WINNT/SYSTEM32 folder.

2. Rename this files to MSFLXGRD.OCXOLD.

3. Reinstall Research Wizard.
